Bit confused, just had a friend read what you wrote (i'm massively dyslexic too) , I thought what you wrote was for me. Thought you were calling me a dick (got a bit upset).

If its broken then maybe it wont be telling the ecu to switch off the 5th injector when the engine is up to temperature?

Its not right to be calling any member a dick.

Place for learning and sharing and enjoying our cars.

Peter is a top bloke highly regarded on the site and often gives accurate free advise to members where other specialist garage ( other makes ) would charge.

His humour can be dry and possible to miss. Rather than assuming any member is having a dig and name throwing why not use the PM feature to privately discuss any misunderstanding ??

You sure mate? I dont want a guess i can do that myself. I'd prefer fact :thumleft:

Lol, Peter's the man :D he knows this $hit back to front, I'm doing my best from 8 year old memory's.

Is his nickname Dick because it came across that way that's all. I am dyslexic so maybe i have misunderstood his interpretation of "Guess what"
I dont really see how you can say that without being a dick :?

I just noticed your 1990 Turbo Rev1 Do you still have her? :)

You need to lighten up Geoffrey.

Right now, i can only see one dick on this thread. To save any misunderstanding, it's the guy who took his engine apart without taking photos or making notes beforehand, and now needs help from others to get it back together again.

As to my "Guess what" opening, the clue to my admittedly sarcastic reply lay in the name of the item. "Cold Start Switch". Did you Google it to learn what it's function is? Did you search this forum For more information? It would appear not.

If you want other member's to share their time and knowledge, i politely suggest throwing insults around may not be the best approach.

I'll leave you to sort your problems out.
