[Mk2] [Turbo] clutch options?

Post by Toyspeed »

What kind of clutches do you guys use on your high power MR2s for drag?

I´m having big trouble getting my clutch to hold when launching hard.
Im probably building heat and when im shifting to 2.nd or 3.rd gear the clutch breaks loose.

Doing a launch at 1,6-1,9 @ 60feet is no problem.
But when im getting under 1,4-1,5...

You will need a twin or triple plate clutch

Im hoping to solve it with a single disc..
But if there is no way, I´ll have to look at twin or tripple
