mr2 won't start

Post by n52 »

Hi all,

Cars been running fine until today. Went and got tyres drove all the way back and stopped for petrol. When I came back to the car I turned the key over heard like a knock noise from behind me and it wouldn't turn, no power at all anywehrre no dash lights or anything. Only thing I could think of that I changed recently was amp install. I took the radio out and it turned over so I turned it off put the radio back in and it wouldn't start, procceded to take the radio out again and nothing I've checked all the fuses so not sure what else to check?

Make sure you have done the battery poles up correctly.

Battery is done up tight, all connections are fine. No fuses seem to be blown. The only thing I can think of is that my immoblizer malfunctioned. It started again on its own after about 10minutes and now appears to be running fine as usual....
