[Mk2] [NA] Clutch Hardline Replacement [Updated - see last post]

Looking to replace my clutch hardline this week. Does anyone have any experience of this? Finding it hard to find info on.

Hoping to be able to do it without dropping the tank if possible. My engine's out if that makes it any easier.

If anyone has any tips to offer it would be very much appreciated.

Its easy to do with the tank in place - I done it on the drive in about 2 hours. Only hard bit is getting it into the frunk section. the rest is easy.

Cheers - managed to get the rear 2 clips off tonight with minimal effort. Where abouts is it held on further forward? The car's stuck up on axle stands with the nose nearly touching the floor so it's a bit of a squeeze to get under the front!

Could anyone give any advice on how to remove/fit the pipe around the 'loop' over the front fuel tank brace? This is currently all that's holding it in place and I can't figure out how to maneuver it around this bit.
