





Firstly my left front indicator had recently been deciding when it wanted to work.










Following that I was onto the next job.













Today I located the right pin for it and had a fully functional tachometer again




My boot light has never worked.







My washer jet splitter has been playing up.








I altered the route the of the jet cabling today, and installed the new splitter and the system was better than new




I then started to tackle a job which has been bugging me for some time.















I set about cleaning everything up either side and then started to rub it all back:

















I stupidly forgot to take a picture of everything rubbed back as far as it would go



I then put on three coats of Locite rust treatment









It's still going off at this point:





Tomorrow I intend to fill any small indentations, rub it all back again so that it's smooth and if I've got time paint it up to match back in with the car.







I moved some of the new engine bay earthing around a bit.








I then checked the air pressure in all the tyres, pumped them up a bit and sent for the obligatory long country drive
