braided brake lines

Anyone recomend some cheep but good braided brake lines for Mr-T 1989 Mk1b

I need them ASAP

Black diamond do a set. Cant remember the price but they are bare ss overbraid with non ss fittings. Strut tabount is steel and kit doesnt include banjo bolts.

Hel do a set too. Ss overbraid is pvc coated (range of colours), fittings are ss but strut tab mount iscplastic. Kit includes banjo bolts and copper crush washers.

If you ask me, id go for hel's but already had BD purchased..

ordered cheers! is it worth upgradeing the clutch line?

I've had HEL lines fitted for a few years and they are fine.

I did actually buy a HEL braided clutch line last week for £21 and fitted it - p1$$ easy to fit, don't know if it's made a difference yet as car isn't running.

Only issue with that, is the line will be cable tied to the brackets from the original line.

It's really easy to fit, but the fittings on the brackets aren't the same, so you can't reuse the circlips.
