Clutch problem. Mk2 gt

Hi just been to pick my car up after having a new clutch fitted and the pedal was really heavy and after pressing it a few times something popped and pedal went to floor. What could this be?

Also it's idling really bad, so tuck plugs out to find there covered in oil.
Again what could this be?

I bet the garage didn't put the bolts in correctly on the clutch slave cylinder bracket, I've heard several garages do the same thing

That would give that symptom, as for the oil, maybe time for a compression test
