I have a rev 2 turbo that went in to have a decat fitted. To remove the old cat the oil filter was removed along with the relief valve. On putting it back together oil started pouring from the stock oil cooler. The valve was correctly torqued so new gaskets were ordered for the cooler. This still hasn't fixed it. Tried changing the cooler for another second hand item but it still leaks. It is possible the relief valve has been deformed and isn't sealing properly? If so anyone know where to order another? Toyota don't list them anymore. Thanks
The relief valve has been cross threaded, very easy to do, so when the filter is refited it does not fit squire and leaks.
Remove the filter, cooler and then the ally block bolted to the engine block, this is where the cross thread has taken place.

Thanks Bob. Have ordered the whole thing from the mounting plate up for a decent price which will hopefully sort it. Any tips on putting the relief valve back in? It didnt feel cross threaded when tightening.
Just to update this. The problem was with the base plate. The threads were ruined. Swapped it for a different plate and no more leaks so I'm happy again.
