I am interested in purchasing this car, it is being offered at what seems to be a little to cheap.

Apparently it is a rev3

I can see that it is a UK model and that it is a Na however i am not sure it is a rev3?

I suggest you post the ad so we can help to scrutinise it. It looks like a rev 3 to me, going by the spoiler.

I'd say rev3. L reg fits, the lights and spoiler are right, the body stripes look flush and the shifter looks short.

Edit: Front end doesn't seem to line up too well. That bar in the middle is supposed to be straight and the gap from the bumper to the bonnet isn't consistent. Front ender?

Looks like a REV3, do you have a picture of the engine? In my experience the only way to find out what it's like is to go see it, sellers descriptions are not always accurate.

I will ask for a picture but I plan on tearing it out and popping in a modded rev2 tubby lump

Is it just me or are the rev3 front wings slightly different?

Seats look like they have been recovered - could be worth a couple of hundred themselves.

Not a great fan of the alloys but the 'black and polished' look is coming back (Gt86, new BMWs).

Def do an HPI check before you travel or see if someone on here is close enough to go take a look for you.

difficult to tell on a black car bu the front splitter doesnt look deep enough to be a rev3 one, maybe its had a new bumper at some point.

John/Toxo, im sure you know that the import have flush side strips, uk ones are more chunky and dont sit flush to the doors etc

I wouldn't think twice about buying that for that price even if it ended up being an absolute shed you could break it and make easy 5-600 profit on it get it bought you never know might be legit worth it anyway

I agree the front splitter doesn't look Rev3 but Rev1

I reckon it's a later rev2 on a 93 'L'?? But why has it got a older front end lip?

I had a UK GT T-Bar 'J' registered Rev 2, which had the later deeper front splitter (in black ABS plastic as standard) The Rev3 was noticeably different with a new engine, rear circular lights and centre piece, lifted rear spoiler and colour coded splitter, side strips and bottom rear bumper ends. They came out on 1994 'L' as Rev 3's as I remember.
