Just wondering why I pay to insure and tax it when it comes out on dry days only.
After my pug 306 dying and getting scrapped, I'm really wondering whether or not to just sell up and buy a newer, more normal car that I can drive any time and park it up in a car park without a second thought.
Anyone else in the same boat?
Been looking at Pug 206 GTi 180's and Renault clio 182's circa 2004 models.

Hi Craig, how's things mate?![]()
I'm the same, mine doesn't even come out on dry days now.![]()
I do somewhere in the lower hundreds of miles a year.
I've a few bits and pieces to put on over the winter and if I don't feel any different about her I think I'll sell her.

I think the only plus side now is that it's all paid for and the car is costing only tax and insurance.

Don't be so sure, try driving one first of all.The people that're bored of them typically get bored after many, many years of ownership.
Also, nitrous? Who the hell is your insurer and how much do you pay?![]()
