Hi
I've decided to put my MR2 up for sale as I never use it. The car is technically a "non-runner", reasons why are below.
1993 L reg Rev3 NA in Red
No MOT
No Tax
SORN for above reasons
Leather seats
Momo Steering wheel
Momo Gear knob
17" OZ Superleggeras (staggered)
Blueflame Exhuast
HEL Braided Brake Lines
Magnecor Leads
Pipercross Air Filter
Smoked Rear Lights
Clear front lenses
Colour coded mud flaps
McGuard Locking Wheel Nuts
New clutch
Resprayed four years ago by all accounts.
T-Bar with shades and bags
Two nearly new Toyo TR-1's for rear.
Approx 102k on the clock
Bad bits:
The car has a fuel leak - no idea where from but have replacement fuel lines for it taken from my other MR2.
The car needs new discs and pads all round (new discs supplied with sale)
One of the calipers sticks a bit (I have a number of calipers I can throw in with the sale)
The car needs two front tyres.
Some welding was done to pass the last MOT a couple of years ago. This area could do with painting to get it looking perfect.
I am selling the car as a quality shell with some goodies included that could be stripped off and sold seperately or left as it.
Price £750 - viewings welcome - located nr Oxford.
Pics taken on Saturday with iPhone.

You'd get two thirds of your asking price for the alloys!
I hate the mr2 market

Hi,
If you do break it, I would be interested in exhaust and middle panel of the rear lights ( bit that has the reverse lights in ).

I broke the last one and I think the boss would go nuts if I had another sat on the drive in pieces...took two years to finally shift the corpse of the old tubby.
£650 for the lot? Alloys, exhaust and rear lights are prob worth that alone.lol...not that that has any bearing on market values nowadays
p.s. Exhaust, leads, clutch, brake lines have covered no more a few k miles.

Hi,
I understand, breaking a car is a long term deal. If you decide you keep it and break it though, I would be interested in the centre panel and exhaust. Mine is a NA, so did that exhuast just bolt on, or do I need the flex bit, or whatever ?? IS it louder ??

I'd like to have the time to break it but with a 4 week old causing me havoc I just want to shift it as a complete unit.
Fancy breaking it yourself...some nice bits on it?

I have a 3.5 year old and an 18month old, so any time I have is spent clearing up
