Can any one tell me I can get away with just a hone or will I need to rebore the cylinder as its a very light mark

If you can feel it with your fingernail it's a rebore job IMO

Only way to tell is to get it down the machine shop and let them run a hone down it and see mate, I suspect it probably needs some taking out the bore though...

I put mine back together with a worse score and it still runs fine.
