I don't even know if any one on IMOC is organising it. I wasn't aware of anything going on.
Does anyone know who might have organised it? Or who organised it previously?

Here's the layout:
http://www.japfest.co.uk/2011/05/09/che ... ub-layout/
I'm happy to help with IMOC, though it looks like my club stand is about as far away from the IMOC stand as it is possible to get, with IMOC around The Quarry area and me by Camp Corner.
If it's any help to anyone, I'm going to be on the Yaris stand in area B which is near the track entrance and the cafe.

Hi Mel,
I know nothing in all honesty. My feeling is that considering I had to order my stand pass from the Yaris club by the 18th March is that it's likely to be way too late. My tickets arrived yesterday.
I have contacted Karl Bristol as I think it might be him who has organised the stand. I have contacted him by PM but am awaiting a reply.

Okay people, listen up. I've had a chat to the organiser and the club space showing IMOC was actually from last year! No matter, we have a chance of wangling our way in for a bit of club space.
I can't promise, but I've had a chat with the organiser who is going to be in touch on Monday to see if he can find us some club space.
So ideally before Monday, I need a quick show of hands as to who is definitely coming. I've no idea what size stand space we can get, but it may well be small and in all honesty, it's close to to a miracle to get space at this point in proceedings.
First come first serve!

Well, fingers crossed we will get stand space. I will know on Monday. It is entirely possible that there'll be no room, but hopefully we'll get somewhere to put members cars.
Whoever gets their name down, get's the space (providing they give us space!) irrespective of condition of the car, so don't worry about that.

That 'plot' was from last year. If you look at that club layout it is from last year.
If you look at the club list, IMOC are not on it.

Hi - Nigel 753 - I went to Japfest with the club last year - I've just ordered tickets - if there is a stand I would like a place

Hi everyone.
I've got news back from the organisers and unfortunately there is no room for IMOC. It was an outside chance to be fair, so worth a try.
Obviously this means we need to be better organised for next year.
So, I guess it's public parking unless you have other stand passes.
I should be there so I look forward to seeing everyone. I think I'm on the Yaris stand.

It's a crying shame that imoc won't be making an appearance this year...
I will personally ensure that this happens next year
I know that mr2oc has some spare stand passes. It's a little controversial I know but at least you won't be in public parking and will be with other mr2s in return for a stand pass they are asking for donations that go towards Macmillan cancer care, so sounds like a good cause to me!!
Might be worth a look...

Managed to dig out the MR2OC link
There is x1 spare stand passs and entrance ticket here:
http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/79/152770.html
OR
Numerous spare stand passes here:
http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/79/152722.html
Better than getting car park dings on your doors in the regular parking!

The LEDs aren't as impressive in person or during the day lol.
True - mine is always going to be a working progress. Unfortunately I've got window tints and body work that I haven't managed to sort out yet which is really bugging me. Although its spotless mechanically I know my car very well and i can see all the little parking dings, lol.
This is my first show where I will be taking my car to show. I've never done Japanese before. I go to the bugatiimowners club a lot - thoroughly recommend it
