They look pretty cool & retro Peter.

As for the wobble, indeed did anyone say the wheels could be.knackered?...

I did,but only because thats the reason behind my problem which is identical.im guessing it could be a number of things but id get each corner jacked up and spin that wheel....
Boost goes up fuel goes down....thats the way the cookie crumbles my friend!

Never liked them on the Supra but they look just so much bigger on the MR2. At 50 pounds for 5 rims I just had to try it. 8)

16 inch and very good offset (37) too.

There is also a five-star design available on later Mk3 Supras if you dont like this one. ;)

Maybe try a different set of wheels if you have spares or anyone else near by does...

Wheels look much better than on Supra!
Looks kinda oldschool :thumleft:

I swaped spigot rings from rear to front and it made a difference. But also I changed drop links at the same time, so can't be sure that spigot rings was a problem. Anyway, still have some vibration, but definitely not that much as was before. Next thing is to change joints, I think...

Personally considering the expense I'd be running (and do) correctly sized spigot rings on any wheel that wasn't an exact match to the hub. Letting the bolts take all the strain is so easily avoided. I think you'd agree shearing under maximum load (max cornering speeds) would probably be a thing you would put in the 'bad' category?
Just my tuppence.

I'm with HS, for what they cost, spigots all round...

these supply them for whatever you specify and they're metal too, peace of mind for 14 quid can't be bad...

Update on my original post.

Been away but I have now changed the caliper discs and pads on both sides. Expecting the vibration not to be there I drove off and....argh, it is still there. Infact it is quite violent bearing 70 - 80. I suppose it is time to take to a mechanic but any other suggestions would be useful, thanks.

Oh, a friend of mine on here changed my exhaust today. Nice new Mongoose...how that changes the whole thing, love it! :-)
