+1

Just put some on mine, with a pair of Osram Night Breaker Plus bulbs. Been nothing but impressed with them so far. Check out the link in my sig if you want to see more photos of them being installed etc :thumleft:

They're great bulbs Phil :thumleft:

Much better solution to ebay HIDs!

Not only a legal upgrade, but no blinding oncoming drivers with spurious light from cheap, Chinese rubbish!

I had the phillips extreme in my last mr2, made a big difference but still weren't great compared to modern lights.

Might get a set of these.

90% of the decent upgraded output bulbs will not give a blue tint since the most useful light colour to humans is 4200K-4500K which contains no visible blue.

They don't come with any bulbs at all, I'm not sure what bulbs would give a blue tint, I'd just go with some osram night breaker plus or some ring 120.

just fitted my ebay jobs.

glass had slight chip in one and i blew into it before fitting sonow has condensation in it lol so i have to refit.

Always the way, i go to remove the one with condensation, lose one of the bottom tab screws to the car..

then just as im oputting the headlamp down, i lose control of it for half a second and BLAM the entire front glass has broken as i dropped it glass down into the road.

Luckily, that was the one with the small chip in it?

I'm going to have to be careful not to do this with mine now, i'm going to wrap my hands in double sided sticky tape first.

Lights have been successfully installed, hooray. Will have to take it out when it's dark to see if there's much of an improvement. However, they look so much better than stock, much cleaner, then again 19 year old headlight lenses are going to be a bit crusty.

Yeah, I've been on the receiving end of those cheap crappy blinding bulbs. Just saw spots. Bloody dangerous, but at least they look cool init
