I had those Rev1 front bushes bundled in with mine too and i was worried i had been sent the wrong ones, but turns out they was in there extra. If you have purchased the complete kit then i suggest you lay all the pieces out like toxo did in the first page and compare them.
Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Howto: Polybush your MK2
I bought mine from a guy on here new in the box. Sure he said rev 2+ cars but never mind. I'll buy them on there own if possible.
Also is there any bushes available for these bits circled in red.

I've got the front ones spare for the rev2+ tension arms because I upgraded to adjustable tension rods shortly after polybushing. So used but in great nick.

Ok for anyone using Super Pro Urethane bushes here is the reply I got from their suport team regarding the washer on the forward side of the inner rear bush.
"We believe the washer is not required with our kit. However to confirm I would measure the length of the OE crush tube and compare it to our crush tube they should be the same.
The washer was probably put there to take up the thrust of the rubber bush not required with urethane."
Take from that what you will, I have not fitted a washer.
