Mk2 exhaust re fitting

Hi guys I've got a 95 gt mk2 I've had to change the rear silencer and flexible part of the exhaust but I'm not having trouble putting the new flexible part back on Amy ideas if theres a nak to it.

Lowering the subframe a few inches helps.
