What bhp has any one achieved with rev3 standard injectors (540cc)

Incorrect! I made 380 fwhp on a stock gen3 fuelling system!

soooooo many different opinions/experiences, as above, 380, as most will tell you 300/320, far too many varying factors f to tell, one of the traders on here (not him personally but a story i heard about his brother) brother made 400Bhp on standard internals injectors on a celica, ran it like that on a drag strip for a while before it went pop!! i'm sure i'll be corrected by the morning

With the right setup i feel 390~400fwhp would be the max on 540's. I was running at 96% duty at 380fw and i was using a stock head. Add some meth injection and get naughty with that inj duty and it will probably get to them numbers.

there are other varying factors here and thats the rolling road setup where your figures were recorded, climate conditions etc. Keep this in mind.
