I am still 39 btw and realise that the moment I hit 40 I won't be able to do anything anymore. Can I just check, will I be okay to go a trackday this weekend or am I too old. Or maybe I should check that they will let me into JAE this year? Obviously if I'm too old then my life's over.

In all seriousness, sure the guys there were a lot younger than me, but they were an enthusiastic bunch which reminded me of how I was. They wanted to see the car etc, so I figured there's no harm in it and to be fair I had a good old natter. Beats staying in and watching TV which is what I would have been doing.
