[Mk2] [Turbo] Cut out after few seconds

Hi there hope someone can help me.must be electrical fault as my rev 2 turbo starts but won't seem 2 run more than 3 seconds

Sounds like circuit opening relay.

Green/red wire from ECU goes to earth when engine fires and keeps relay closed which controls fuel pump.

Have you been messing with wiring?

sorry for the delay.no havnt been messing with any wiring but the boot has been leaking so may have got wet.

also check the earth under the inlet manifold
