Remote Central Locking not working.....

Having owned my MR2 turbo since August 2009, I have never actually got around to sorting out the remote central locking...

Just put a new battery in...


For whatever reasons, I dont need a aftermarket alarm etc.

Ive got the standard, unlock/lock buttons on my key.

When I press lock twice, it locks the passengers door and the horn beeps.

When I press unlock. it unlocks the passengers door.

But both times.... the drivers door doesn't do anything.

Any Ideas?

most likely rusty wires that go through the drivers side door pillor into the car, white/blue

My rev3 did the same and I sprayed some prolong spray onto the lock inside the door and it now works with the central locking.

Hmmmm... any other suggestions?
