Go for the US one if you can't get one made from ja99a.
I'd personally fit an extra brace on top of the kit as suggested by Nathan at century. Helps spread the load better on the gearbox.
Last thing you want is the bar ripping your gearbox apart.
Have to say great mod, gods for gear changes and wheel hop.
Best thing is to check my project thread on member profiles, I have pics there of the bracket I made to help support the gearbox.
Easier than explaining.
I got a new one a few years ago from twos'rus.co.uk . Just heed the caution in the feedback section when ordering though and I'll say no more. Never checked since if they still do them though LoL.
iv checked their site but couldnt find them on it so guessing they dont make them anymore
i am jus goin 2 make my own one i have stumbled across something that would work a treat as the main bar and have ordered a bit of sheet steel to use as ends for the mounts so i will post pics of it once i have made it n let u guys c and hear opionions
im not 2 far away from completing my bottom torque bar ,got another 1 2 make but have decided 2 use polyurethane after market mounts as well
whats the best 1's 2 get? where do i buy them? and how much are they?
cheers calum
would it not be easier to change the front and rear engine mounts (there more dampers anyway) for something stiffer, rather than making loads of extra bars?
i have put abit of thought and research into this and the bar seems 2 be the easier way its actually quite easy 2 make 1 of them providing nothin buggers up which i shouldnt but i want mounts as well
as i asked b4 kind? where? much?
