Rev3 Turbo owners - can you post the recommended tyre pressures please?

Post by Rob »

If anyone has any Toyota guidance on tyre inflation for a Rev3 Turbo I would like to hear from you.

I would prefer 'gospel' figures rather than those you run for your style of driving.....

Cheers

38 front and 24 rear

Seriously thought it was 30 front 34 rear. Been a while though...

What you doing on here? Thought you only cared about cars where the engine was about to fall off the back! :o

Thanks. I'm sure my 20psi at the front isn't helping my understeer!

The only gospel is what is printed on the label on the inside of your door, however adjusting the pressures to your preferences is pretty common.

I run 34psi rear and 32psi front. Any less on the front and the T1Rs feel "squidgy".

Reason I ask is that mine is a turbo converted car. In my manual that came with the car as an N/A there are differences between 3SFE and 3SGE, so I am assuming Turbo's are also a tad different....

The sticker on the door of my Rev3 turbo says 2.0 bar front and 2.3 bar rear which is 29/33psi as Moo has previously said.

^ Perfect - thanks, I set it to that 2 days ago and the car turns much better (maybe because my fronts were at 20psi  )
