New member from Scotland!

Post by MikeyGTS »

Hi folks,

Just joined and thought id post up a wee bit about myself.

Im Michael from the Glasgow area and am the proud owner of a 1994 Revision 3 MR2 Turbo. What a car!

Ive had a few cars in the past, considering im only just 21, but ive owned...

BMW 318Ti
Mitsubishi Colt Mivec
1995 Quadlight Starlet EP82 Turbo, 200bhp ish
2004 BMW 330ci Coupe (E46)
VW Golf VR6 Highline
2008 Focus ST

And i now have a family car as well as my MR2 Tubby, a 2008 Honda CR-V 2.2 Diesel!

Anyways, my MR2 is fairly standard, got

Uprated exhaust
Apexi induction kit
HKS SSQV BOV
Stack guages
bigger EBC Brakes with red stuff
super light Enkei white 15's
TRD top mounts
Bilsteins shocks and unknown springs lol
Momo steering wheel
short shift kit

Currently at 1.2 bar max.

Pulls fairly well, faster than anything ive ever had before. Love it! Its got 70k miles on her so fairly fresh!

Anyways, thanks for reading folks!!

Welcome onboard, don't know if it's the angle of the photo's taken but that spoiler looks a wee bit higher than normal ones. Hmmm gives me an idea :thumleft:

Looking good!

Yeah the spoiler is a Bomex one?? So im told.

Yeah car has served well-ish up until now, got coolant issues and will need a new radiator soon. Temp guage is playing up. A few other niggles, but other than that i love her!!
