That looks amazing. I used to race 1/10 off road buggies (great fun) so I still have all the batteries, motors and radio gear. Tempted! I think the website says US and Canada shipping only though.

Yes, I bought one from the U.S last month. :D I intended to make it a 'shelf queen' as the detail looked good for an R/C car. However having looked at it I don't think my modelling skills will do it justice, so I may put it on ebay next month. It will look good but after the hassle of getting it imported I can't face the thought of cocking it up and then having to try and source another body. This was the only one I could find that the seller would ship outside the U.S so must be very rare in the UK.

I got the complete kit (requires motor, battery, radio gear). If I sell I want to at least cover what it cost me, which after postage from the U.S import duty, VAT was a total of £200. Having eventually getting one I don't want to sell, but it seems silly to just leave sitting in its box gathering dust. I did think of finding a professional model maker to do it for me or a model shop with a spraying service the same as ABC Hobby provide in the U.S but I can't find anything local. If I sell I'll post it here first!

I got the kit with one body. Not really much to show pics wise as I haven't got around to doing anything with the body yet. Planning to do it as a replica of the sprint car but need to plan how to do the graphics before I start. It's one of those 'back burner' projects at the moment.

I did put some electronics in the chassis though and had a bit of a blast with an old Mini body that I had lying around. It's stupidly quick, the brushless motor I got for it is way too powerful for the chassis so I need to sort that out. Will probably transfer the brushless kit into the touring car I used to race and put my brushed setup in the MR2 with a slightly more sensible motor.

Ah right ok. Stick some piccys up when you get round to doing it. At least you've got one though.
I may get one at the end of the year as a 40th birthday present to myself.

Got one of those Goose chassis with the aw11 body. Have come so far as cutting most pieces out. The body looks pretty good if you take your time to cut it precisely, only drawback i have found is that with the stock gears, you cannot lower the body even with the chassis. Bought it as a shelf model, so not sure when, if ever, i`ll fit a motor in it.

Come on Phil, put it on the front burner

Is it that brushless motor you showed me working? That was just way too powerful and absolutely uncontrollable. Impressive nonetheless! :thumleft:
