Sorry to hear about that mate :(

As long as you're ok and thankfully nothing serious happened to anyone!
Nice looking 2 mate, looks like a good purchase other than the misfortunate incident. Onwards and upwards!

Nobody running a carbon bonnet relies on the standard catch, they gotta have pins as well.

You were lucky, shame about the bonnet

yeah thats Razor04 thats what my mate said after, something like there too light and the wind gets under them easily, its for sale now, nice and cheap, maybe a track day user can use it, trying to source another one now if you know of any in the midlands area, bonnet and hinges as the force bent them as well, least the rest of the car wasn't damaged and luckily I could see threw the gap when it was up, was doing around 80mph as well switching lanes as it happened, but yes indeed onwards and upwards, I don't blame anyone, just annoying as obviously its an expensive item now damaged :(

Hey, I have a 742 blue bonnet and hinges you can have for £10, but I am down in East Sussex ( and n,o I wont ship it !!! LOL )

When I get the car to the scrapers I'll take the hinges off for ya, assuming your not sorted by then.
