car started no probs and while driving home sprang a water leak and had to pull over losing all coolent.
got recovered home and found it to be water pump outlet pipe had corroded and broke off so fitted another pump
again car started no problems while topping up coolent
..then when about to start again turned key to start and nothing battery meter hit the floor and all lights went off except for the battery light
.about half n hour later went back to car and it started.
then again failed to start
.thinking this could be a starter motor prob i stuck it in 2nd and rocked it to and fro then gave the starter a thump with rubber mallet(lol)
it started without a problem
unfortunatly now my new 2 wont start even with a rock or a thump.
.in need of some good advice starter motor was to my knowledge a good 2nd hand 1 as the last owner had starting probs and had it changed
