Can anyone tell by looking at the engine bay on this what kind of turbo it has, the guy says it's a bigger turbo but doenst know what it is - took the car as a trade in apparently

Can someone have a look at the engine bay on this car and pass on any comments about it, this will be my first tubby so dont know much about them mechanically

Not a lot we can tell you from that photo that you haven't already told us It's missing the turbo heat shield but that doesn't really mean much other than that the intake temps will be a bit hotter. Can't see from that pic what they've done with the ICV intake when fitting the induction kit either.

To be honest think i'm going to give it a miss it has a crunch from 1st to 2nd gear at high revs, dont fancy the expense of a new gearbox.
