'Twin Entry Turbo' engine sticker/plaque??

Anyone know where you could get one of these from? Also how do they stick on the intake plenum-self adhesive??

From Toyota, and yes they are self adhesive. There are a few different ones depending on engine revision.

They still stock them? Oh and its for a Rev5, so is that as above?

Yeah they still stock all parts for the MK2 except some rev1 suspension items I believe. The one in your picture is a rev2, the later ones just say '2000 twin entry turbo' I think. I've just replaced the one on mine!
