I’m lined up to buy a new toy at the beginning of March, as long as the purchase goes through my mr2 will be up for grabs.
I’m not letting her go until I collect my new toy as the only reason I’m selling is because I need the money to pay for the new car. If this purchase was not happening there is no way i would be selling my 2.

She is a red Rev3 T-bar Turbo running somewhere just under 300bhp.
I have had her for nearly 4 very happy years.
I have a large binder full of receipts from me and the previous owner (also an imoc member)
She has 17” alloys with new rubber on the rear and plenty left on the front. Recent wheel alignment.
New Blistien shock on the front.
New Black diamond front discs and yellow stuff pads on the front.
Braided brake hoses all round.
Front and back strut braces.
Apexi induction
Blitz dump value
Uni chip with boost module
De-cat pipe
Lowering springs
TRD engine mounts
Clutch and cambelt was replaced 4 years ago when I purchased her. I have not done many miles in her as she is a weekend car.
GReddy intercooler with spl fan and shroud running constantly.
Rogue engine lid fans running off a switch in the cabin.
Rogue low rise quad headlights.

Currently the car has a Berk tech exhaust on, although I will be taking this off and selling separately
And fitting an HKS hiper single exit. I can leave the Berk on but will want £300 extra.

There is a boost gauge in the cabin with peak hold and warning limit, also a turbo timer.

Clifford concept alarm and immobiliser with remote start, fully closure and certificate.

Currently i have a set of Recaro Speed seats on original Recaro rails, these will also be coming out unless the buyer wants them for £400. Standard seats will be going in.

The front bumper has been smoothed over and sprayed with clear side lights. There are a set of Bomex scoops on her. I have the engine covers that go in the place if you want to take them off, however they have scratched the roof so some paint would also be required if you wanted to remove them.
The car has been well maintained and serviced. Including new rear callipers and handbrake cables.

7 months tax and Mot.
I have a set of drop links to fit included in the price as this was recommended on the last Mot.
I can’t think of anything else at the moment,

I have a few rolling road print outs from various stages of tune from the previous owner, I will look through and see what they go up to. The car has been running the power since I purchased her, so nice and reliable.

An interesting offer, something i may consider if the interest is slow by March.

Is the 3.5K the price with the exhaust and seats or without? Is it standard exhaust that you have to replace the upgrade and what are the orig seats like?

The 3.5k is without the Berk and the Recaros.
However I have an Hks hiper, slightly more restrictive.

I dont have any seats as yet, I'm keeping my eyes out for some at the moment. I'm also thinking about waiting to see what the buyer wants, half leather or cloth, i'm not going to put crap in.

I think its a GT-S but made to look like a GT, as she has alcantara door card and had half leather seats.


She also has cromed door kick plates, and a new leather gear gaiter.

What are the seals like on the lids?

The good old question about the roof.
The car lives in a garage so its hard for me to say. The driver’s side did leak a little, however I adjusted the window to tilt in more improving the seal which helped allot. It does need adjusting out a little as the window struggles to go all the way up when the door is shut. Only the last mm though nothing major . You may get a little drip if driving for long periods of time in heavy rain, I have never been in an mr2 that does not.

If it's a GT it will have retracting wing mirrors, climate control, steering fog lamps and the premium sound system with amps hidden away.

Is this a real turbo? i see its had a paint job but the writing on the runner strip seems faded! If it is real I would be interested in buying definately!!!!! Its got to have seats of some kind though.

no its fake, the turbo is made from plastic

it's a rev3 mate, the bump strips are colour coded, so it may not have had a paint job, doesn't look like it has in my opinion.

The writing on the side is normal for a rev3.


She is a real turbo, buyer is more then welcome to check the vin, i did when I purchased her to confirm the age

I will be putting some seats back in, I will be making some phone calls Monday to see what I can get.

Air con and climate cpntrol working, but could do with a re-gas.

No cruise control or folding mirrors.
