Have just inherited my son's 93 MR2 turbo as he bought a new car and still owed me money
(always owes me money!). He left it for me with the front and wing damaged after saying hello to a raised light island in his works car park. Have bought a new Lenso Stage 1 wheel for a damaged one (and really need another) plus had the damaged body bits replaced so it just needs spraying, Needs some TLC but I love it and will probably only use it occasionally.Doing bits to it and polishing it will keep me busy.
I am as good at mechanics as Tony Blair is at honesty so will not do anything too complicated on it. My only worry is that as I am getting on a bit my back is bad and if it goes while I am in it the top will have to be cut off to get me out (like a fat sardine in a small tin)!
