[Mk2] [Turbo] NO BOOST

Post by viper33 »

I have a rev3 turbo, today i suddenly lost all boost pressure.I pulled away quiet fast and the turbo was working fine and the dump valve sounded off as normal(hks blow off). Then as i changed gear there was no boost. The car has lost all performance and there no blow off sound. The boost gauge does move but never reads more then 0 bars. There been no smoke and the car never uses oil.Any ideas.

Yeah you've blown a hose off :thumleft: Maybe the small vac line that goes to the dump valve?

sounds like a bigger hose than that, check the intercooler hoses, had that happen, also, check the BOV, had a HKS let go on me before, :thumleft:

Depends, the stock recirc valve behaves very strangely without that hose connected :)
