When I was half way back my heaters suddenly went cold.
.I nearly bloody froze out there tonight. Got off the motorway and noticed my temp guage was only 2 notches below the red.I havent had any problems with the car before and it has started fine ery day through this cold weather, even when it was minus 14!!!
Checked the car over thoroughly on saturday on a ramp at work, coolant level was spot on, topped up my oil etc etc so certainly not down to neglect.
To me it screams either water leak or head gasket.
....anything specific I should look for, the radiator is prone to damage easily isnt it???
