[Mk2] [Turbo] FCD fitting

Where do i wire this fcd ? ive done a search but some say tap into the ecu others on the diagnostic port in the engine bay? also how does the adjustment screw work?

three wires red green and black for anyone who cant see the pics

Turn the screw clockwise to raise the fuel cut and anti to reinstat it.
I just wired it up at the ECU connector. Nice and dry.
