luke at pacific works (well known mr2 specialist on the forum) can vouch for this as he has looked after it. clutch was also changed few months ago by luke and lightened flywheel had been re-skimmed by him too.
recently had coolant change (by pacific works using Toyota 4life) and cambelt changed (by toyota GT aka. 3s service centre) after i bought it in january 2009.
just done a service on it at 74k miles consisting of replacing with castrol edge sport engine oil, silkolene syn5 gearbox oil, oil filter and bkr7e spark plugs.
rear bumper dark patch is just soot from exhaust. will polish out.
before i purchased it, someone reversed into the rear passenger side of the car. has chipped away a bit of the paint and left a black graze on it. this can be seen in the pics below. exhaust or rear light was not touched upon impact.
i do have another rear bumper in the garden i can give as well. that will need to be heated up slightly and straightened though as the number plate area is a little twisted due to being held upright by wire over time.
MOT expires 17/04/2011
Tax runs out 31st September 2010
during late summer had it clayed, polished, sealed and a few layers of collinite 476s wax for winter paint protection.
red line = hi boost (1.13bar)
blue line = low boost (1.03bar)
amount of boost depends on weather. on a cold night it can see 1.16-1.2bar on hi boost. should see over 300bhp on a cold night on the road as intake temperatures on dyno were very high on the day of mapping.
also had r888's on day of mapping. (figures appear lower with semi slicks)
slightly older pics;
(defi boost gauge was not installed at this point, but it currently sits next to these 3 gauges)
very old pics;
i'm after £4200 ovno

Just out of interest, where is the seventh point on the roll cage? I can only see the usual six in your photos - are you counting the diagonal in the main hoop as a point?

Re: MR2 Rev4 Turbo (£4200 ovno)
Just a remark: I always wonder if people realize how dangerous a rollcage can be when used in a roadcar, ie not using at least a 4-point harness and a helmet. During an accident you can easily hit it with your head and split your skull.
Car looks nice by the way, good luck with the sale.

this is cusco's definition themselves;

this cage has white padding around it to lessen impact if you were to hit it.

If this was a T-bar I'd have put an offer in.
As it is I'm tempted...
Are the brackets/wiring for front Fogs present?

Re: MR2 Rev4 Turbo (£4200 ovno)
If i had the money i'd buy this right now, it's stunning. When you removed the grill from the front bumper did you need to fill it in at all?

Re: MR2 Rev4 Turbo (£4200 ovno)
wiring for front fogs are tucked within the bumper still i think. unless the wires i saw were for something else.
i do not have brackets.
the grill from front bumper and fogs were removed in japan.
thanks for the comments guys.

Re: MR2 Rev4 Turbo (£4200 ovno)
Cool - has much of interior trim been altered to allow the cage to fit?
As you'll know insurance is the issue for me. When I was insuring my Mk1V6 a while ago i enquired about insuring it with a cage and they said the cage was a bigger ball-ache to them than the V6!
