I know, why so lean on tick over? the computer was reading 20:1 at times.Setup is standard rev3 turbo fueling and ecu bar the uprated pump,

Idle should be around 14.5-1 IIRC.
Where did you have the runs done?
Are you sure there wideband was working correctly/calibrated.
The standard ecu should be keeping you alot richer earlier, yet its dropping into the 10's higher up.
Whats the uprated pump? What boost were you running?
