[Mk2] [NA] Anyone replaced the smoothing capacitor on the altinator?

Im after a solution to stop radio crackling from the engine and have looked into seeing if I could change the capacitor on the altinator as its probably corroded.

Any thoughts or part numbers be useful.

Although from my exerience, radio interference related to engine revs tends to come down to poor earthing.
