1995 MR2 GT Turbo in Black / Revised price £3k Cash no offers

Post by fizz »

Didn't want to create this post but as the wife was made redundant recently, im going to have to do the sensible thing and sell the toy for now. ](*,)

Alas here are the details of the car.

1995 GT Turbo Tin Top in Black

133,000 km on the clock (has not been converted and still shows KPH so less chance of mistakes on the true mileage than if it was swapped for UK clocks. It had 101,000 on the clock when it landed so its done roughly 20k miles over the period of about 3.5 years which aint much.

Car was imported by the previous owner back in 16/06/06 and I bought it from him on 14/06/09 so almost 3 years to the day it landed in the country. :)

The car has had no monies spared on it and has full comprehensive service history since landing here with all the service receipts in hand and even has the export certificate which is something that you rarely see these days.

The first service included the cambelt/tensioner/idler which is all documented. All MOT cert's present and accounted for as well.

The car still has the limiter on it so aint been stressed with excessive speeds either. AFAIK

Details
133,000 KM or 82,460 miles
MOT - Aptil 2010
Tax - February 2010

Usual GT refinery includes
Standard double din Radio/Cassette/CD
Half Alcantara/Leather seats and door cards
Steering Fog Lights (novelty aint worn off yet! )
Folding side mirrors
Climate Control and the AC is as cold as ICE
It even has a MR2 rubber/plastic boot liner which i have never seen before :)

Mods

MBC set at 1bar
Tein SS coilovers fronts and Tein HA Coilovers rears
Blitz Dump Valve
17" Lenso RS5 Alloys (black with chrome lip) and toyo tyres.
Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust (rare and sought after)
3 Spoke Momo Steering Wheel
TRD Gear Knob
Short Shifter (unknown make)
Crystal Clear Corners
LED sidelights
MR2 Mats
Apexi EL Boost Gauge
Apexi Induction with heat shield/rain protector
Tinted rear quarter windows & windscreen
Clifford 650 Alarm/immobiliser with blackjax (receipt and installation Cert as well)

The car is solid and pull like a train with no smoke and no leaks that i know of. :D

Splitter on the front is covered with stone chips and there is a scratch on the front bonnet although i have seen replacement black bonnets on ebay for £35/40 so no biggie there. 2 of the rims have slight curbing but you cant tell unless your up close.

Im sure i have probably missed some stuff out so feel free to ask any questions and also feel free to check the HPI as it was clean when i got it done prior to purchasing it myself.

Almost forgot the price £3200. Please note im in no rush to sell so please dont come to me with silly offers.

Based in Bradford West Yorks.

Hi Paul,

The scratch is about 3 inches long on the end of the bonnet some tw@ decided to put it on there 2 weeks before i went to see the car to buy myself.

Ive been meaning to get a replacement bonnet off ebay but just not had the spare time or motivation to do it. As i said.. you can get them pretty cheaply and it would be cheaper than getting it repaired. Black is an easy colour to swap parts with as the shade is usually the same on most oif them as opposed to red for example.

Just a bit of a bump for an old mate...

Having known Fizz for many years, I can wholeheartedly vouch that whatever car he sells, is going to be absolutely mint! Tha mans a complete nut on keeping his cars in tip top shape, and it's plain to see that this one is no different. Whoever buys it will not be disapointed.

Just a shame I'm moving on bud, or I'd have snapped your arm off. It looks fantastic. :thumleft:

This aint as mint as the old blue one but then i am biased towards that one as it was a head turner! :eye:
