The type of clutch will also depend on the block and flywheel in the car.

You can use different flywheels and clutches on the different blocks

(1a/1b etc.

I doubt very much that a clutch kit for a more modern car will be suitable.

The cover plate will have notches

& holes in it to line up with on the flywheel.

It is advisable to renew the coverplate and release baring at the same time as the clutch.

Just because it's a pig of a job and if either fail shortly after puting a new clutch in, you will be really, really, really upset due to the PITA the job is.

Getting the gearbox back on even with 2 or 3 people and an engine crane is a right PITA.
