i need help in sourcing history or information on my 86 mk1 sc it is production model 09/86 which from my info the first one was built in 08/86. i brought it in from japan last year and i am trying to firstly find out what number in sc's built it is or how many before my own and also i suspect it was used for shows and drag racing in japan and believe the car must have done well, so any help or advice of where i might be able to get any of this history for my car would be very gratefully appreciated.i was advised to keep an eye out for lauren or shish! that they might be able to point me in the right direction.
