Any one got a HKS Intercooler?

Post by adam maclean »

I need a huge favour. I've got a HKS intercooler on my car. But I've compared it to a friends with the same one and found out the pipe work is plumbed in differently to what it should be. The kit was fitted when I bought the car so never realised. Now I know it's wrong I can see that the pipes don't fit as well as they should.

So has any one got the same kit? If so could they help me out and tell me measurements/dimentions of the pipes? Hopefully I can get them made up by the local exhaust fabricator.

The HKS pipework doesn't take a very good route so most people change them for custon pipework to stop the cold pipe going so close to the exhaust manifold. How is yours piped at the moment?

It's actually very similar to the the Trust set-up. But the bends are not too good. Was thinking about changing it back.
