Not keen on the Walbro would still like to use a Bosch. May try and fit the 044 into the tank.
My whole fuel system is at Goodridge at the moment so I can sort out bigger hoses for flow and returns.

Here's the one I am using.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WALBRO-345-LPH-IN ... 286.c0.m14
Really good pump, you will need to run a seperate power supply for it. The stock fuel pump circuit cannot run this pump. However, it is perfect for using as a switching circuit
Walbro is all you need, fits in the tank and is proven to be reliable and deliver plenty of fuel for 400hp, the bosch is the same so personal preference i think.

I ran a walbro to 630FWBHP using -10an line/fittings. Thats when ran out of fuel on 1000cc injectors. You will have no probs with a walbro at 400's. Super reliable and very easy to fit.
Chris wrote:Well done Dale, Did you cut a hole out of the body under the gear selector We only dropped the front section of the tank when fitting the pumps.
lol I was thinking about cutting a hole it would be usefull eh ... i didnt dare do it though and hopefully I wont need to touch the pump again now
Alot of external pump require gravity feeding so they always have fuel in them, I run a check valve after mine so the fuel never drains back into the tank, but my external is actually external.
I would personally not fit a external pump in the tank, id make a pickup and install it outside, one reason I did this is I will never need to remove the tank again if theres a problem with the pump.

You havent got an engine in the way have you ??!!
Turbo engines are always a little difficult for access- cracking the torque off the fuel lines is probably the hardest bit when you have no access...

I think this is the one I shall go for.
