[Mk2] [Turbo] dizzy cap

is it worth replacing my dizzy cap and rotor arm just because its a little old or is it not necessary unless it is miss fireing

there not exspensive, so if you in there its only a 10min job.

im not sure on the suggested intervals for changing them, i do mine every 6 months, just for the hell of it.
