Gear box oil??

Can anyone confirm what the capacity of oil a mk2 97 rev4 turbo gear box holds please, i have read numerous info on the internet and it ranges from 2.6 to 3.8 to 4.2 ?

help i`m confused and i don't want to order too little or too much

it is confusing...so much so im not 100% on this...

but, with lsd, you need less oil, just under 3 litres.

without, then more, around 4.2.

just in case anyone needs to know this for future reference

n/a holds 2.6 litres
turbo with lsd holds 3.8 litres
turbo non lsd holds 4.2 litres

Just to add more confusion, my turbo holds just under 3 litres, just done a change. and yes, it was as drained as it couldve been.
