Re: Wheels similar to Dare V2?

:D they look alright actually!

if they go cheap enough it would be worth buying the set as I wanted to run 17x8 up front anyway and it would give me a matching spare wheel ;)

once the AVS badges are stuck in nobody will ever know

Re: fto wheels

I know the feeling mate! Seems those funds never seem to turn up though  DangerJim has some nice Enkei 17's for sale on here http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=168028 and Shortie has some Dare V2 17's which I liked the look of (not staggered fitment though which put me off) http://www...

Re: fto wheels

They are correct pcd, but ideally you need staggered width setup on the MR2. I suppose this could be achieved by fitting thinner tyres on fronts and wider on the back though..

Re: Wheels similar to Dare V2?

If I'm honest I don't know! haha

I was talking to alan_uk about it and he thought they looked like Dare V2 so that's all I've had to go on so far

Wheels similar to Dare V2?

I just rang Dare Motorsport to see if they had any old V2's kicking about, but they only ever made them in 7Jx17 and 7.5Jx18 so not really what I'm looking for. http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z53/mulac19/tumblr_me6p4o9CuY1qe4bgjo1_1280_zps96473b7e.jpg Anybody know of similar style wheels in 17x8...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Rear light custom design

I quite like the spoiler..

alan_uk has a similar looking setup - but he achieved his just with tint - meaning this can't really be done with a red car then.. :(

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Is a sub worth it?

It won't fit in the storage cubby hole at all will it?

I fitted 10mm spacers on my Ford KA seats in order to squeeze flat subs under each seat  (Blaupunkt THB200A subs) so it shouldn't be an issue :thumleft:

http://s193.beta.photobucket.com/user/mulac19/media/21589550016_large_zpsae523ee4.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 How achievable would this be? Is it basically just an elongated centre panel with the sides deleted and smoothed over? Is it legal at all? I think it looks gorgeous!! :D not so sure about the w...

RST - so you reckon I'm best to just take the car to a decent mapper and see which route they recommend? I have a friend who knows of reputable company not too far from me, so I'll try them :thumleft:

Re: Extended wheel studs - where from?

I had to find some recently and ended up buying from the States as it was cheaper than getting them over here! :thumleft: Do you know how much longer you need them? I opted for some which only added 4mm but it made all the difference (Dorman 610-462) from http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/x,catalog,42,p...
