hi thanks for the info, just the insert unless it has to be brought as a unit.
only need the back part-number but i'd do the front to future proof it if its cheap.

[SORTED] gearbox mount required/supplier/part number
Hi guys, need the part number for the rear gearbox mount, lots of play in mine. I'll take the front too if you have it. Also, best places to get this? Is it worth upgrading to a poly urethane?

mine used to do that, i got some slim pencil erasers and put them between the hanger rubber mount and the top of the body, its move things down by under 1cm but stop the bangs and movement.

hi, how easy is it to remove the rear window? does it need to be cut out? as in the rubber seals will need to be replaced? thanks in advance.

Hey guys, getting a lot of work done to my car and was wondering if anyone had a front reinforcement bar? the bar that the front indicator lights attach to. Also, need a full poly bush set for the car...seen a few on eBay (£100-£120) but not sure which one I would need, best brand, price etc...I do ...

Unplug leads, undo the two bolts. Take dizzy cap off. Pull rotor arm off. Put new one on, replace cap and do up bolts reconnected HT Leads which are numbered on the cap.
Pretty easy job really.
