Re: Motordrive Kevlar seat, rails, 6-point TRS harness

Another bump for the seat. It's a great bit of kit, someone is going to get a bargain here :)

T67 Turbocharger

Used on my old Supra (made 570bhp on pump) but should be OK for a 3SGTE if you can work around a bit of lag. P-trim exhaust, polished comp housing.

Looking for £1000 for this.

Re: Woodsport Alloy radiator

Back-from-the-dead bump. I still have this, price of £60 still stands. I have a box it will fit in but not confident that a courier would look after it so I would strongly recommend collection from Stevenage area (jnc 9/10 of A1M).

Re: Motordrive Kevlar seat, rails, 6-point TRS harness

Long overdue bump, I still have this! The seat is not in date for FIA (racing) purposes, still fine for trackdays though and way more secure & comfortable than the standard seats. The harness is every bit as good quality as the £££ Schroth harnesses fitted to my new car, so it's a real bargain I...

Re: Motordrive Kevlar seat, rails, 6-point TRS harness

Yep, that's a fair bit less than I paid for it but I'd like it gone, hence the bargain price. Maybe we could haggle upwards? ;)

Motordrive Kevlar seat, rails, 6-point TRS harness

Hi all, I used this seat and harness for a few trackdays and it was perfect, so much more secure and comfortable than trying to cling on to the steering wheel in the bends! This is good quality kit so I think the prices are fair, if I am miles out then explain why and we can haggle :) Seat: Motordri...

Alpine 4/3/2 Channel Amplifier MRV F305

Alpine 4/3/2 Channel Amplifier MRV F305. Classic '90s amp with great sound, tons of settings, tons of power. Can run two pairs of speakers, one pair + one sub, or two sub, with ease. Tested and working. £60. http://i763.photobucket.com/albums/xx275/aww999/MR2/Amp%202.jpg http://i763.photobucket.com...

Re: Woodsport Alloy radiator

I know, someone needs to snap this up :) I forgot to mention the unit is used, there are a few bent fins etc but it's in pretty good nick. I have offered it up to my car, no major hassles if you wanted to fabricate brackets etc yourself, I just never got around to it.

Woodsport Alloy radiator

Hi all, I am selling off a load of parts I had accumulated with a view to performing an engine swap on my Mk1. This is a genuine Woodsport alloy radiator I bought secondhand from someone on TwoBrutal. It is designed to fit the Mk1 (all years), but is not a direct drop-in replacement for the standard...

Re: MR1- The Devildog project.

Great idea for a project Paul! You may already be aware of this, but some trackday organisers won't allow single-seater cars on track. Almost all of them won't allow open-wheeled* cars on track. So I think you need some mudguards, and an extra seat bolted to the roof bars. Oh, and some R888's :D *I ...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Which Wossner low comp pistons?

Wossner list two different part numbers for 8.0:1 pistons for the 3sgte. 9055 which has a different combustion chamber volume to 9036. The 9055 piston has a deeper dish, so I don't see how they can both have the same comp ratio? Any expert advice much appreciated! (I am trying to build the most reli...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 1 to Rev 3 conversion parts list?

Hi all, I am rebuilding a 3SGTE for a swap into my Mk1, and to make the spaghetti jumble even more complicated I am hoping to convert the rev 1 engine I have to use rev 3 electronics. So far I have injectors and a four-wire O2 sensor, I am also aware that I need the MAP sensor, MAT sensor and ignite...

Re: Low bucket seat and six-point harness recommendations

Many thanks Lauren, that is really useful. The seat you mention seems to go for around £450 now, unless I am looking at the wrong ones, which is a lot more than I was hoping to spend! One thought that had occurred to me: would it be possible to remove the transverse strengthening bar that sits above...

Low bucket seat and six-point harness recommendations

Hi all, I am having a great time tracking my Mk1, but since putting some sticky tyres on it (AD08R - awesome!) I am struggling to hang onto the wheel! After a day at Bedford last week my hands were like claws, and both legs were bruised from trying to brace myself into the seat. The 3SGTE I am build...

Re: Driving to a track....car breaks down, how to get home?

I have seen a couple of people get recovered by Green Flag after breaking down at track days. I have never had to use them myself though.
