No idea, mate. Have a word with Paul Wood.

Mine was fitted in my front boot. There's pictures of it on another thread somewhere :D

Re: Anyone know the history of P855FVR (Azure blue MR2 T-bar)

I travel 110 miles a day to work and back so running it on "normal" petrol would cripple me financially. I had a black rev 2 G-Ltd tintop with 230,000 kms that was LPG converted. I enjoyed it but never really loved it because it was a bit of a dog, body wise. It had had repaired rear arche...

Re: Anyone know the history of P855FVR (Azure blue MR2 T-bar)

At the end of the day £2k (which is absolute max what you need to pay for a nice Rev3/4 NA) is peanuts considering how great MR2s are. If I wasn't so tight, I'll have bought this long ago: http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=106786 Stunning car! I totally agree on both points, Peter :thuml...

Re: Anyone know the history of P855FVR (Azure blue MR2 T-bar)

I haven't seen a Rev 4 advertised anywhere for this kind of money (except RichardK's green MR2 a couple of months back). I agree with what you're saying about the steering wheel being ugly but disagree about the T-bar; which for me, just makes a superb car even better. Red does suit MR2's but how be...

Sorry, Rob. There's no chance I'll be selling the rear lights :(

Stunning car! I don't know anything about the car's history, but Slough is only down the road from where I work. Let me know if you need any assistance or advice regarding the pick up. Peter Cheers, Peter. That's very kind of you :thumleft: I'll be in Slough on Friday morning to collect the MR2 :D

Anyone know the history of P855FVR (Azure blue MR2 T-bar)

Just bought an MR2 from Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=190259955669 At the other end of the country to me but I've always wanted a Caribbean (edit: Azure) blue T-bar :thumleft: Does anyone know anything about the car/seen it about? Once I ...

If I could guarantee that your MR2 doesn't sell, I'd try sell my City for a quick £1500 and buy this :D

But, I'd hate to sell the City for a loss and then lose out on this too

I'm still very interested, Richard :D

The market is just very, very slow, at the moment :?

Hopefully, the City will sell shortly as I have a few interested parties. When it does, I'll give you a shout :D

Well... Hmm... I think... no... Wait... Maybe... Um. No. Yeah. I really have to say no. I can't think of any reason why I'd want a smaller, tinnier, slower, over a decade older car than my Suzuki Ignis and pay money for it too :) I mean, is that Honda really worth more than a 6 years younger, albei...

Re: Gas conversion

freak,it all depends how complex the system is,the likes of a tartarini system need software,a link cable and a laptop to set them up,but the install is pretty straight forward. For an mr2 theres no need for multipoint lpg or a complicated system at all, they will run happily with a basic single poi...

Re: Gas conversion

Paul, how easy is a complete LPG system to fit? What are the component parts - LPG tank, ECU controller, inlet injector and switch? The reason I ask these questions is that I'm thinking of removing the complete LPG system from my current rev 2 MR2 tintop and re-fitting it to a rev 3 or 4 MR2 T-Bar. ...

I have an LPG powered MK2 rev 2 G-Ltd which feels no different running on LPG or petrol. Notice filling cap (square plastic cover) at bottom right of LPG tank. Next to the bonnet stay. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/freakyeke/RIMG0019.jpg Easily switchable from LPG to petrol :D http://i22.ph...
