[All] [Generic] NEOS DESIGNS - Read this if you have any outstanding business

Post by matt_bakermk1 »

Dear all,

A number of us are missing either parts, cash or whole cars since Dave Neo went off the map so to speak.

We are considering hiring a debt recovery firm to find Dave and recoup what we are owed. The below information will help establish our case and the extent of the problem. If we need to enter into an arangement where we have to pay for a service, then your commitment to this will be requested - a burden shared is a burden halved etc. At present, many debt recovery firms offer a 'no win no fee' type service, so we will aim to explore this first.

If you have entered into any kind of agreement with Dave where the obligation has not been fulfilled (i.e. he didn't deliver your parts after you paid, or he took your car to do work and you haven't seen it since etc), then please post the following details as a reply on this thread - following my example in the next response.

1. Online user name
2. Actual name
3. Parts outstanding (list AND values)
4. Vehicle outstanding (value)
5. Money outstanding
6. Date first entered into 'contract' with Dave Neo
7. Details of 'contract' e.g paid deposit £xxx for respray, or paid in full for xyz parts etc
7. Date last heard from Dave Neo
8. Any other pertinent issues

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ABOVE.

The Neo subject has been covered on other threads, if you want to discuss him any more in a general capacity, please use another thread.

Mods - can you please monitor his thread and delete any non relevant material!

If you are genuinely interested in pursuing Dave and trying to find, this may be our only option. The Police have investigated and effectively come up empty and can offer no further assistance unless Dave rears his head again.

Customer Lars Stubholm placed orders for £1135 of products, I took the payment via paypal and passed it to Dave . I continually chased Dave on this and even passed him on details when paypal pulled the funds from me due to paypal dispute . Dave admitted to owing the money but now I'm left with debt collectors (or more to the point my fiancee is as it was her bank account linked to paypal)

February 08

8. Any other pertinent issues
I'll not go into all other issues .

This has been open for a bit now, so if there's no one else with anything to add, it's probably time to move to the next stage.

Last few days for anyone else to add their input before we do so.

Thanks,

Matt
