The best place I've found for jacking the car up from the front is in the middle, about 2 foot back from the front bumper.

"depression" in the under trays and there's a solid point behind/above this.

You might need to drive the front up onto a couple of bricks or some wood first in order to get enough clearance under the car for a trolley jack.

As for the axle stands, it depends if you need to remove the under trays or not for what ever job you're carrying out.

The front chassis rails are fine for the job

(provided they're sound of course) or the point where the lower suspension arm pivots/attatches to the chasis.
